APHES Awards
The Portuguese Association of Economic and Social History (APHES) promotes the national and international projection of the research carried out in Portugal and gives several incentives to its associated researchers. In addition to the award for better communication presented by young researchers at APHES annual meeting, two other awards are being given to promote publications in renowned international journals.
Young Researchers Awards
It is aimed at young historians, doctorates for less than 6 years. Awards publications in the best international journals of economic and social history, indexed in the SCOPUS database.
Support for Scientific Meetings
It is intended to stimulate scientific debate, targeting doctoral students or doctorates for less than 6 years.
APHES Award
It is attributed to the best communication presented by young researchers at the annual meeting of the Association.
